LGL Staffing is a generalist recruitment and staffing agency. We collect personal data from:
- Prospective and placed candidates for permanent or temporary roles.
- Prospective and current client contacts.

- As a recruitment business and agency, we introduce candidates to clients for employment or contractual positions. Sharing personal data between candidates and client contacts is fundamental to this process.
- To support candidates’ career aspirations and clients’ resourcing needs, we require a database containing historical and current data.
- For business maintenance, growth, and development, we need to maintain records of prospective candidates and client contacts. We will never retain your personal data for longer than 6 years without meaningful contact. If we have not engaged with you meaningfully for 6 years or more, your information will be deleted from our systems. “Meaningful contact” encompasses any form of communication regarding recruitment services.
